Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe banana, rolled oats, milk, egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully remove the cooked waffles and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve immediately.
