Ingredients
1 bag (14 oz) caramel candies
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Melt caramels with evaporated milk until smooth.
Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to form dough.
Press half of the dough into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Pour caramel over the baked layer, then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
