Instructions

- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra moisture, add sour cream or Greek yogurt to the batter. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for even mixing. Let the cake cool completely before frosting to prevent melting.
