- Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
- If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain excess moisture; if fresh, sauté until wilted and chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, feta, one beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and optional ingredients if desired.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 12 squares, totaling 24 pieces.
- Press pastry squares into muffin cups to form bases.
- Spoon spinach mixture into each pastry cup without overfilling.
- Fold pastry corners over filling to seal.
- Chill assembled puffs for 10-15 minutes to maintain shape.
- Brush tops with remaining beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
